Our EcoView Grading System

Sometimes it's nice not to have to read through a report to get a picture of a properties overall status. So to help out we've created a green leaf grading system for our listed properties. In the nutshell, the greener it is the more 'leaves' it will have around the house.

If it makes 100% (fantastic but sadly quite rare) then all the leaves and the house will be green!

To explain it very simply, when our assessors produce the EcoView report on the property each feature is given a score for each section. Allowances are made for property specifics (eg: pool or no pool), percentages are then calculated and the property given an overall 'green' grade. Effectively each leaf represents 10% greeness! This is then reflected in the picture you see in the property details listing which gives you an overview grading. To give you an idea, here are some examples.

	The majority of current housing is rated 0-1 'leaves'
	This is a good grade for homes older than 5 years
	The holy grail! All new homes should aim for this level.
