Pre Purchase Green Report

Found the home you love but want to find out how 'green' it is?

We offer a Pre Purchase Green Report service that will tell you what's 'green' about the home you are interested in, and what can be done to improve it.

The report is similar to the EcoView and covers:

Heating and Cooling

Energy efficiency

Water efficiency

Gardens

The first section will tell you what's green about the home, the second section of the report advises what could be done to improve the home (from a sustainability perspective). This could be kept as a checklist and worked through at any time after purchase of the home.

This report is produced in short, easy to follow bullet points and enables you to get a better understanding of the investment you are considering making in your future. With energy bills increasing at approximately 20% a year, it's worth doing a check on the sustainability and efficiency of the home.

If you would like to take advantage of this service, please note that the selling Agent and/or the Owner will need to agree to a Green Moves Assessor attending the property.
