QLD Sustainability Declaration

A Sustainability Declaration is a compulsory checklist that must be completed by the seller when selling a house, townhouse or unit in Queensland. This came into effect on the 1st January 2010. The Sustainability Declaration may be completed by the Owner or a qualified Home Sustainability Assessor. If you would rather someone else produce the report for you then give us a call.

We can attend the property, review the home and produce the report on your behalf. The report can then be retained by either yourself or the Real Estate Agent you are using to sell, as long as it is made available to any potential buyer who asks for it.
