Got a quote to install solar panels and want a second opinion? Solar quotes can be genuinely hard to make sense of — pricing, quality and inclusions vary a lot between installers, and it’s easy to miss hidden costs or overpay for a system that doesn’t suit your home.
At Green Moves, we’re 100% independent. We don’t sell solar PV, and we don’t take referral fees or commissions from installers — so the advice you get is entirely about what’s right for your home, not what earns us a kickback.

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make — so it’s worth knowing how comfortable and efficient it will be to live in before you sign, not after you’ve moved in. A pre-purchase efficiency report covers heating and cooling, energy efficiency, draft-proofing, water efficiency, and insulation and glazing where possible, giving you a clear picture of what you’re buying into and what it might cost to improve.
We can meet you at an open for inspection, or arrange a separate visit with the agent or owner. We also work directly with real estate agents and builders on select projects – helping ensure properties are presented and built with efficiency in mind from the start.
